Planwise Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Planwise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Planwise is an AI-powered productivity app that helps you manage your schedule, tasks, habits, and goals. The App provides:

• Task management with priorities, categories, and attachments
• Habit tracking with streaks and progress monitoring
• Goal setting with milestones
• AI-powered assistant for natural language scheduling
• Calendar integration and event management
• iCloud sync across your Apple devices

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan: Includes limited access to tasks, habits, goals, and AI messages.

Premium Subscription Options:

• Planwise Pro Monthly: €12.99 per month
• Planwise Pro Annual: €79.99 per year (save 49%)

Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited tasks, habits, and goals
• Unlimited AI assistant messages
• File and photo attachments
• Voice input
• Custom themes and accent colors
• Priority support

Billing Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Not use the App to create inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Not abuse the AI assistant with harmful or malicious requests
• Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account

5. AI Assistant Usage

The AI assistant is provided as a productivity tool:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• The AI should not be relied upon for critical scheduling decisions without verification
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI suggestions
• Abusive use of the AI may result in service restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Planwise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content (tasks, notes, etc.) remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy of AI-generated suggestions or scheduling
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Data synchronization across all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Planwise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors or omissions in the AI assistant's responses
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of service

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• OpenAI for AI processing
• Apple CloudKit for data sync
• Apple StoreKit for payments

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
