Use of the App

SightRead is a rhythm training tool for educational purposes. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including the curriculum design, level structures, notation rendering, and audio synthesis — is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content.

No Account Required

The app does not require registration. All progress is stored locally on your device (or, for the web demo, in your browser). See the privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. The app is an educational tool and does not substitute for professional music instruction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
